Collection: Pu erh & Oolong
Oolong teas are leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant that are harvested and oxidized before getting a heat treatment (steamed, pan-fried, etc) to lock in the oxidized state. The oxidized state can range anywhere from almost green tea to almost black tea. Often has a more earthy flavor.
Pu-erh teas Are processed similarly but undergo a fermentation process to give it it's distinct earthy/musty flavor.
